SHIPPING
We ship to the United States, Mexico, Canada, and most international regions (Europe, APAC, and rest of world). If you are unable to choose a shipping option for your destination, email us at hello@byanyothername.nyc.
We offer free shipping and returns within the United States. For international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of the package.
All prices and taxes assessed during checkout are exclusive of import duties and VAT taxes. If you live outside of the US or in a country that charges VAT taxes, you will be responsible for these taxes upon delivery of your order.
Once you receive an order confirmation, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days (weekends and federal holidays excluded). Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 2-7 business days depending on the destination and delivery method you selected.
RETURNS
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Full-price items are eligible for return or exchange up to 14 days after receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, with security tag intact and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center.
You will receive email notifications with the status of your return as well as further instructions.
We can price adjust items marked on sale within one week (7 days) of the order date if the item is still available online in the same size and color or if the shipment is not yet delivered.
Please note that we will not accept returns that have not been shipped more than 30 days after return request authorization.
Shipping Returns
US Domestic Orders:
We offer free returns within the US.
To return items, go to our Returns Center. Once your items have been approved for return, a return label will be sent to you through the Returns Center. From there you can pack and ship your order for return.
International Orders:
We do not currently offer free shipping and returns on international orders. If you are an international customer (outside of the US), we will provide a prepaid shipping label once your return has been approved. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please also note that if import duties or taxes were assessed on your purchase, these taxes are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Once your items are received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note it may take 3-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
If the items are not eligible for return (i.e. have been worn, damaged, missing security tags etc.), a refund will not be issued, and the items will be returned to you.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
